THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3.2 AI/ML Limitations:
Predictions are generated by proprietary algorithms trained on behavioral, financial, and third-party data. These models may contain inherent biases or inaccuracies. The Company does not guarantee the fairness, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated insights.

3.3 Third-Party Data:
The Services may incorporate data from external sources. The Company does not endorse or assume liability for the accuracy, legality, or practices of third-party data providers.

3.4 Compliance Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, CCPA, ECOA, FCRA) when using the Services. The Company does not guarantee that leads or user actions comply with legal requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Exclusion of Damages:
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.

THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

• Anti-Discrimination: Do not use Services to engage in discriminatory practices under ECOA or FCRA.
